Food writer and cookbook author Melissa Clark is staff reporter for the New York Times Food section, where she writes the popular column “A Good Appetite” and appears in a weekly cooking video series. She will be leading an exclusive cooking class for ESYNYC on February 6, at 3PM EST.
In this class Melissa will pick a recipe from her new cookbook, Kid in the Kitchen. With her expert guidance you will cook alongside this food authority and recipe writing pro. All these dishes are expressly designed to be cooked with kids aged 8-14, but will taste delicious no matter your age!
All participants will receive the recipe and ingredient list ahead of time, so they can be ready to dive right in to this live instruction class. All participants will also be automatically entered in to a raffle to win Melissa’s newest cookbook.
Tickets are limited. They are $60 and do not include the cost of ingredients. All proceeds go to support our work.
