Led by the ESYNYC garden team, this free workshop will explore practical strategies for extending the season, including moving and saving perennials, pruning fruit trees and cane fruit, and more. We hope you'll join us!

Fall and winter is an excellent time to seed greens, divide perennials, prune and plan for next year’s garden. This workshop will explore practical strategies for extending the season, moving and saving perennials, pruning fruit trees and cane fruit, cover cropping and planning for the next growing season.

This workshop is suited towards beginning gardeners in and around New York City.  Please note that all participants must be 18+ to participate.
