The Sagra del Maiale, or Pig Roast, is an Italian festival (and il Buco tradition!) that honors cuisine inspired by heritage swine. Historically celebrated alongside the Autumnal Equinox, the event will take place outdoors on Bond Street’s cobblestone street. Come feast alongside friends, neighbors, and the entire community and toast il Buco’s 25th anniversary.
This year’s menu includes: succulent slow-roasted pig cooked infernillo style, porchetta sandwiches with blueberry balsamic mostarda, panzanella and much more. An assortment of special wines will be curated by Roberto Paris, il Buco’s Beverage Director.
