Now more than ever, understanding our food system and our role in it is not just helpful, it is crucial. In order to make smart and ethical choices about our food, we must first understand where it comes from and all the steps that go into food being available to us.
In partnership with Let’s Talk Food, PS/MS 7 program manager Rosa Marruffo, will be sharing her story of working at ESNYC and the incredible work they do as an organization.
As always, our Q & A with Rosa will be followed by 10-15 minutes of breakout rooms for folks to meet other like-minded foodies, giving you a chance to chat with other folks passionate about the intersection of food and ethics!
