During this virtual workshop, Edible Schoolyard NYC will share ideas for lessons to get high school students interested in the food system–it’s controversies and potentials and ways they can be part of the solution. We will discuss topics ranging from the environmental impact of eating meat to the aggressive marketing practices of food companies and will share classroom activities to bring these issues to life.
