Edible Schoolyard NYC will share lessons and recipes we use to teach hands on cooking and gardening classes that highlight the diverse cultures of New York City. We’ll discuss crops ranging from bitter melon to molokhia and recipes from baleadas to varenyky. And we’ll share strategies for making the classroom welcoming and inclusive so students are excited to learn from one another.
